Energy Engineer, with Proficiency in Scilab/ Matlab

Faraday is building reliable energy management systems. Managing energy isn't only a technical problem. It's also a question of how to effectively make technological improvements within budgetary constraints and with the least interruption.

About this position

We are looking for an additional energy engineer to collaborate with the energy engineering and software engineering division to build solar cell parameter calculations in Scilab.

Responsibilities

  • Create a Scilab-XCOS block diagram in collaboration with other energy and software engineers.

Basic qualifications

  • Background in engineering, preferably undergoing material science or modern physics course.
  • No specific gender/ age preference.

Working hours

Recruitee will be expected to work 10 hours/ week with no specific working hour except for meetings and deadlines.

Payment

  • Payment will be given when a project occurs (contract-based), ranging from IDR75.000 to IDR450.000 per man-hour before the company cuts (10-30 per cent)

Preferred skills and experience

  • A portfolio of Matlab/ Scilab works will be a plus (can be a school or university homework/ project)
